We understand that online shopping can be difficult, we are here to make things as easy as possible! Our returns process is simple, follow the prompts via our online returns portal and we will handle the rest!
ADRIFT RETURNS POLICY
Please note returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached. If your garment does not meet these conditions, you will not be eligible for a return. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
We are unable to accept returns on garments that are sent back with visible pet hair. To ensure your item is eligible for return, please try on garments away from pets and return them in clean, unworn condition with all tags attached. Thank you for helping us keep returns fair and hygienic for all customers.
We retain the option to modify your return method should your return not adhere to our returns policy in terms of its condition.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
Items purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. *Earrings, headwear and swimwear are ineligible for an exchange, store credit or refund due to hygiene reasons.
FULL PRICE: DISCOUNTS TIERS
Orders placed with a 26% or higher discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Orders placed with a 25% or lower discount are eligible for a full refund.
EXCLUSIVE DISCOUNTS: TEACHERS & SENIORS
All full priced items purchased with our exclusive teacher or seniors discount codes are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund (excluding, earrings, headwear and swimwear due to hygiene reasons). Orders placed with a 26% or higher discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Orders placed with a 25% or lower discount are eligible for a full refund.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. If a sale item is marked with FINAL SALE, the product is ineligible for any type of return, unless faulty.
SALE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Sale products purchased during a promotional period cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange unless faulty.
FAULTY
Every garment at Adrift undergoes a strict quality control process, however, if you believe your item has a fault, please contact our customer service team at queries@adrift.net.au with your order number and imagery of the faulty item. We will review the item and provide a replacement, repair or refund accordingly.
OUTLET SALE / POP UP WAREHOUSE SALE
Outlet and Warehouse Sale products are either heavily reduced stock, seconds or samples, and fall outside of Adrift’s returns policy. Outlet or Warehouse Sale products are final sale, and ineligible for any type of return. This includes our Gabba Warehouse stock.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used as store credit to purchase items from our website. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
All Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless deemed faulty. This applies to all items, regardless of whether they include embroidery or not.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE
We are happy to accept returns in-store for items purchased online, however please make sure to process your return online first, before dropping items off. This is to ensure a seamless refund process for you and our team. To get started, please visit this link and fill out the prompts to process your return, then drop off in-store to our friendly team. Please follow our return policy to avoid any issues or delays.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE
Items that are exchanged can only be returned for a store credit. Once an exchange has been processed, we’re unable to offer a refund on that item.

Applies to Full Priced products only. Refunds must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
SIZE EXCHANGES | FREE RETURN LABEL
Applies to Full Priced, Full Priced with Discount Code and Sale products. If the fit was not quite right and you'd like to swap your item for another size, follow the prompts via our Returns Portal and choose your new size. You will be emailed a prepaid return label to send back the original. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Note: Exchanges subject to availability. We cannot guarantee your exchange order until your return is in transit to us.
SHOP NOW EXCHANGES | FREE WITH BONUS $15.00 CREDIT
If your full price item was not quite right you can exchange this instantly with a $15.00 credit for a new item of equal or higher value. You will be emailed a prepaid return label so you can send your original item back to us for free. When we receive your original item back we will send out your new order.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Online purchases can be exchanged at our Adrift Boutiques for the same or higher value. If you wish to drop your online return off at one of our retail boutiques rather than send via post, you absolutely can! Your return will be processed at our HQ once received. *Please note you must complete your return via our online portal before dropping off to your nearest boutique.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Full priced products can be returned for a store credit or refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We do not offer exchanges on international orders. *Please note that the products are your responsibility until they are received by Adrift. Adrift will not issue a refund on products that are not received or are lost in transit. Please use our online returns portal to track your return.
